      Update to Amazon EC2 Outage: PercentMobile Tracking Restored Friday.

      Tracking services taken down by the recent Amazon EC2 outage were restored by 5AM, Friday, April 22nd. Close monitoring since then shows all PercentMobile systems are operating normally.
